Role Overview

As an Online Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders to fulfill online customer needs. You will also liaise with other departments to handle stock shortages, substitutions, and address any queries related to online orders. A positive and safety-conscious attitude towards health and safety is essential.
