职位描述
Job Summary
This role involves independently handling tugboat deployment for clients while working in 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate tugboats to the appropriate vessels in line with MPA requirements and vessel availability, while making the best use of operational resources.
- Stay in close contact with tug masters, pilots, and other relevant parties to support safe and seamless operations.
- Track ongoing operations, update plans whenever needed, and prepare job completion reports.
- Keep service performance under review and support customer satisfaction.
Required Education & Qualifications
Applicants should have a GCE “O” Level, NITEC, SPM, Form 5, or an equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience in planning and scheduling
- Understanding of Singapore port information
- Prior exposure to port agency work
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to work on public holidays
- Good learning attitude and adaptability
