Role Overview

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator based in Riyadh who will ensure seamless daily office functions and provide executive and administrative support for various business operations. As the office's primary point of contact, the role is vital in fostering a professional, welcoming atmosphere and supporting collaboration with our Dubai team. Reporting to the Saudi General Manager and indirectly to the Dubai Operations Manager, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset to maintain effective administrative workflows and contribute to operational excellence at MANE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, office logistics, and workplace needs.
  • Act as the initial contact for employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.
  • Coordinate processes such as travel booking, meeting arrangements, documentation handling, correspondence, and office supply management.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding alongside the Dubai HR team to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
  • Handle confidential data, administrative records, vendor interactions, and expense activities with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support the Sales Administration team and related commercial operations when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Dubai office to align administrative procedures, company standards, and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills
