Office Boy - Tagalog Speaker

Role Overview

This position supports day-to-day office functioning by keeping the workplace tidy, assisting staff and visitors, and handling simple administrative and facility-related tasks. The role also involves preparing refreshments, helping organize meetings, and carrying out routine errands to keep operations running efficiently.

Core Duties

• Keep office areas orderly by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining shared spaces, washrooms, and pantry areas.
• Provide tea, coffee, and water to employees and guests in a professional manner.
• Complete internal and external errands, including buying office materials and other supplies when needed.
• Support meeting setups by arranging rooms and ensuring required items and materials are ready.
• Track office stock and replenish stationery, kitchen consumables, and toiletries as required.
• Help with minor equipment issues and coordinate basic repair or maintenance needs.
• Welcome visitors and assist employees and guests with routine queries or requests.
• Move or rearrange furniture when required and help maintain a safe, organized workplace.
• Handle photocopying, filing, mail distribution, and other simple administrative support tasks.

Qualifications and Attributes

The ideal candidate should be physically capable of being on their feet for extended periods and comfortable with active, hands-on work. A strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene is important, along with a cooperative attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to spot and resolve small issues quickly. Good English communication skills are required.

The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time, onsite position.
