Role Overview
This position entails comprehensive administrative, business, and HR support for the Germany office of TCL, based in Munich. The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, assist in commercial tasks, and contribute to HR activities to ensure smooth function and coordination between local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative functions including workspace upkeep, office supply procurement, and equipment management.
- Coordinate leasing matters such as office lease acquisition, renewals, and act as liaison with property managers.
- Organize, archive, and maintain important documents including contracts and official notices securely.
- Manage office assets through procurement, registration, and upkeep processes.
- Support business operations by preparing, managing, and following up on commercial documents like quotations, orders, and contracts.
- Assist sales teams by consolidating data and generating reports as required.
- Facilitate communication and project updates between the China headquarters and European team to maintain alignment and ensure timely progress.
- Aid in managing overseas projects by supporting follow-up processes and ensuring effective communication.
- Assist HR processes including onboarding local employees, preparing documentation, and managing personnel administrative activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in administrative, business assistant, or HR roles; prior experience in a Chinese company operating in Germany advantageous.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and German is essential; English must be proficient as a working language.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated strong self-direction, communication capabilities, and excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of fundamental German labor laws and familiarity with local administrative procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany without need for visa sponsorship.
