About Exemplar International Pre-school
Exemplar International Pre-school offers a unique curriculum inspired by the British National Curriculum and other educational philosophies. Our school operates primarily in English, encompassing all activities and staff communication, with formal Malayalam and Hindi lessons also integrated into the program. We cater to primary-aged students in small classes of no more than 10 pupils per teacher, fostering a nurturing environment supported by well-traveled and experienced international educators.
Job Role and Responsibilities
As a nursery teacher at EIPS, you will instruct children across various primary age groups, using all provided teaching materials. The role requires dedication, responsibility, and initiative, with an emphasis on cultivating children's growth and development. Key tasks include applying innovative teaching methods, maintaining high quality standards in education, and managing classrooms effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in working with children is essential.
- A strong commitment to outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as it is the primary language used.
- Innovative, inspirational teaching practices are expected.
- High enthusiasm and passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to motivate and challenge students.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience or qualifications in Malayalam or Hindi, though this is not mandatory. While prior direct experience with the bespoke curriculum is unnecessary, ongoing training is provided.
