Key Responsibilities

• Complete the award-winning 12-month Skin School program, earning a CIBTAC qualification recognised in the beauty industry.
• Provide tailored skincare and beauty consultations using cutting-edge tools and technology.
• Clearly communicate the scientific benefits of No7 products, translating complex ingredients and technologies into understandable customer insights.
• Offer expert makeup guidance, including selecting shades, demonstrating products, and helping customers build routines.
• Promote products actively to drive sales and consistently meet targets.
• Develop trusting, long-term customer relationships that encourage brand loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate effectively with the Boots team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve commercial success.
• Maintain an attractive and well-presented counter showcasing the premium No7 range.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience interacting with customers.
• Experience applying skincare and makeup on clients.
