Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex clinical caseload with accountability.
  • Offer clinical supervision focusing on neurodevelopmental disorders and behavioural treatment techniques within the team.
  • Contribute to education, training, and consultation regarding neurodevelopmental and behavioural intervention topics for professionals working with youth.
  • Conduct assessments and therapeutic interventions with children, teenagers, young adults, and their families.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions and community professionals supporting young people.
  • Deliver consultation, support, and guidance tailored to client needs.
  • Apply research expertise to audits, policy formulation, service development, and research activities.
  • Facilitate staff training related to relevant clinical areas.
