About The Team

Our Brand Creative Marketing team crafts motion content that emotionally connects audiences to Zoom's story. We collaborate regularly among design, video, and copywriting disciplines to humanize and simplify technology for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop motion design initiatives from initial concept through to finished output, including storyboarding, designing, and animating.
• Work alongside designers, video editors, and copywriters to convert product features into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Handle numerous projects simultaneously while ensuring high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
• Utilize and evolve Zoom’s motion and visual design guidelines across various deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote and advance the brand through motion design expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Between 4 and 6 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a similar creative role.
• Proficient in 2D and 3D motion design, product UI, and dynamic typography with the ability to apply storytelling and design fundamentals to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and various animation software to create polished motion content.
• Effective collaboration within cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and maintain creative consistency.
• A portfolio showcasing product marketing and motion storytelling capabilities, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and passion for emerging motion design trends.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is from $97,600 to $225,700 annually plus equity. Zoom follows a Total Direct Compensation approach incorporating base salary, bonuses, and equity value. Starting pay depends on various factors including qualifications and experience. Compensation may vary by location.
