About The Role
Gibson Dunn's Vacation Scheme provides a distinctive chance to obtain valuable legal work experience at the Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. This program aims to offer a genuine perspective on the firm's operations, work environment, and clientele, enabling participants to determine if they wish to pursue a long-term career with the firm. Candidates interested in securing a future with Gibson Dunn and eventually acquiring a training contract are especially encouraged to apply, as performance throughout the scheme significantly impacts the evaluation process. The program is scheduled for Summer 2026, with precise dates to be announced nearer the time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be UAE nationals either in the penultimate or final year of undergraduate education or recent graduates from any university and academic discipline.
- Candidates should have achieved, or be on track to obtain, at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with readiness to collaborate closely with partners and associates in small, focused teams, gaining early exposure to client cases.
- Those who do not meet the academic criteria due to exceptional circumstances are welcome to provide explanations within the application form.
