Ganesh Diagnostic and Imaging Centre Pvt. Ltd is a well-established pathology and diagnostic lab with six branches across Delhi NCR. With over 22 years of history, the center is dedicated to delivering premium quality diagnostic and imaging services and prioritizes a patient-centric approach to healthcare, emphasizing the treatment needs of patients first.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced clinical microbiologist to join our team. The individual will be responsible for performing and overseeing microbiology tests and delivering accurate diagnostic reports for patients in the Rohini, Delhi branch.
Responsibilities
- Accurately report microbiology test results and monitor for errors.
- Maintain detailed records of all test reports.
- Provide guidance and assistance to laboratory technicians facing challenges.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure testing accuracy.
- Manage technical maintenance of laboratory equipment, including routine calibration and coordinating with engineers for repairs.
- Demonstrate expertise in accurate testing, validation procedures, and timely report issuance.
- Participate in and present Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.
- Adhere strictly to medical protocols established by NABL.
- Prepare the laboratory for NABL audits and other relevant inspections.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Undergraduate Degree: B.Sc in Microbiology, B.Tech/B.E in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
- Postgraduate Degree: M.Sc/MS in Microbiology, M.Tech in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
- Doctorate: PhD in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
- Minimum relevant experience: 3 years.
- Proficient with techniques such as RT-PCR, ELISA, sequencing, staining, and culture methods.
