Role Overview
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a key role in maintaining product availability and presentation to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement price adjustments, rotate products, and carry out special projects aimed at enhancing product displays and fulfilling supplier requirements.
- Apply merchandising strategies to accurately arrange products, promoting sales growth.
- Construct and update displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools; refresh signage and promotional materials as needed.
- Collaborate effectively within teams under onsite supervision, servicing several store departments and performing tasks that involve repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
- Foster strong relationships with store personnel and deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and shoppers.
- Availability for day and overnight shifts; positions offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
