Job Overview
The Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) plays a key role in ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised to optimize the customer shopping experience. Prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out price adjustments, product rotations, and special projects aimed at enhancing product presentation and meeting supplier requirements.
- Implement merchandising strategies to ensure correct product displays that maximize sales potential.
- Assemble displays and fixtures using hand and power tools, as well as update display materials, signage, and brochures regularly.
- Collaborate within teams under onsite supervision, serving multiple departments, and undertake physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and handling lift equipment.
- Foster strong working relationships with store staff and deliver excellent customer service to both internal team members and external customers.
