Job Overview
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are responsible for ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are displayed properly to enhance the shopping experience while prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement price adjustments, rotate products, and carry out special projects to improve product presentation and satisfy supplier requirements.
- Apply merchandising strategies to ensure correct product placement that maximizes sales performance.
- Construct displays and fixtures using hand and power tools, including updating display materials, signage, and brochures.
- Collaborate in teams with onsite supervisors to service multiple store departments, involving tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and use of lift equipment.
- Develop strong working relationships with store associates and deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers.
Work Schedule and Positions
Positions are available for both day and overnight shifts with full-time and part-time options.
