As a Merchandiser, you become an integral part of delivering outstanding customer experiences by ensuring our products are consistently available in local grocery stores in the Gatineau/Aylmer area.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Work location: Gatineau/Aylmer.
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts.
• Hourly wage: $20 plus mileage reimbursement.
• Primary duties include replenishing and organizing products on shelves, racks, end caps, and coolers using manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Build, modify or dismantle product displays adhering to company standards, maintaining signage, cleaning spaces, and handling damaged items appropriately.
• Comply with all Coca-Cola and store policies relating to safety, equipment use, backroom and floor organization.
• Manage and maintain inventory stocking levels in the backroom, report damages, repack stock, and perform necessary documentation.
• Ensure work areas remain clean and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Foster professional, cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Physical demands include lifting products up to 50 lbs repeatedly, frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, and pushing or pulling loaded equipment for at least 100 yards.
• Must sustain long periods of standing and walking, and demonstrate fine motor skills for handling product.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid insurance during work hours.
• A clean driving record without major violations for the past three years.
• At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related setting preferred.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision preferred.
• Familiarity with manual or powered pallet jacks is an asset.
• Must be proficient in French communication.
