Member of Technical Staff - Enterprise AI

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Member of Technical Staff specializing in Enterprise AI to contribute on a full-time remote basis. This position involves architecting, developing, and deploying scalable AI systems tailored for enterprise applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate AI-driven solutions into existing organizational infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and enhance AI models prioritizing high performance, scalability, and robust reliability within enterprise settings.
• Develop machine learning pipelines to facilitate efficient data ingestion, processing, and model training workflows.
• Partner with software engineering teams to embed AI modules into production environments and APIs.
• Assess and select suitable AI frameworks and tools aligning with business objectives and technical demands.
• Compose and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, model details, and deployment workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• More than five years of professional experience in software development with an emphasis on AI or machine learning applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, alongside familiarity with MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring of models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to design comprehensive AI solutions addressing complex enterprise challenges.
