  • Strong project and program management capabilities to handle complex annual plans and campaigns.
  • Experience in leading and coaching teams with at least 1-2 direct reports, managing workload and development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to influence and communicate strategies across senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration among brand marketing, sales, eCommerce, shopper marketing, and agencies.
