Job Summary
We are looking for a precise and experienced Mechanical CAD Designer with solid skills in 2D AutoCAD to join our engineering team. The role involves creating accurate technical drawings and collaborating with various teams to support engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Revise and update drawings in line with project needs.
- Develop layout, general arrangement (GA), and as-built drawings.
- Support design documentation processes and prepare drawing submissions.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of drawings.
- Collaborate with site staff and engineering teams for drawing updates.
- Ensure high accuracy and timely delivery of all drawings.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience working as a CAD Designer.
- Strong expertise in 2D AutoCAD software.
- Basic knowledge of technical drawing standards and conventions.
- Ability to handle revisions and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to fine details.
- Experience with firefighting or fire safety related drawings is an advantage.
