Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Master Data Analyst to join our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area). This role involves managing product master data within SAP and PIM systems, ensuring its precision and consistency across all business platforms. The analyst will collaborate with various teams like Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Finance to uphold data quality and support process improvements. You will ensure accuracy throughout the product lifecycle, emphasizing a right-first-time data approach and championing master data governance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage product master data lifecycle in SAP and PIM ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate product creation processes, liaising with stakeholders to validate and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• Perform individual and bulk data updates adhering to system and data structure standards.
• Create and update reports using advanced Excel, Power Query, and Qlik for data insights.
• Analyze and transform data to enhance operational transparency and strategic decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies and data gaps, driving improvements in processes and data quality.
• Support development and enforcement of data management standards and documentation.
• Act as a primary user and key contact for SAP and PIM, offering training and support to users.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in product master data management within ERP systems, particularly SAP (MM/SD modules).
• Experience working with Product Information Management systems.
• Proficiency in data transformation tools like Power Query.
• Knowledge of business intelligence platforms; experience with Qlik Sense preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex functions and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
