IHG Hotels & Resorts is expanding its luxury and lifestyle presence in Qatar, and Kimpton Doha is seeking a Massage Therapist to join the spa and wellness team. The property is known for its refined design, distinctive style, and warm service, and it offers guests a premium experience in the heart of Doha with 283 rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, along with a variety of dining choices.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will contribute to exceptional spa experiences by carrying out massage and facial treatments in line with the spa’s operating procedures and brand expectations. You will be expected to keep guests comfortable throughout their visit, maintain a clean and well-prepared treatment area, and consistently follow high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Required Background

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa setting. A strong understanding of skincare products, facial methods, and general wellness practices is important. You should bring excellent communication skills, a polished guest-focused manner, and the ability to stay calm and organized while handling several appointments in a busy environment. A certification or diploma in beauty therapy, massage, or a closely related field is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
