Opportunities and Experience

• Participate in digitalization efforts, customer analytics, digital marketing strategy formulation, or tackle financial management challenges.
• Discover how LUXASIA is pioneering transformation in the Beauty Retail and Luxury FMCG sectors.
• Engage with diverse business units including human resources, talent acquisition, social media, product marketing, customer experience, operations, and supply chain.
• Benefit from mentorship and the chance to shadow LUXASIA leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager with activities such as advertising, product promotion, market research, and marketing and sales administration.
• Assist in copywriting and text editing tasks.
• Contribute to daily team operations and administration.
• Coordinate multiple project deliverables and monitor timeline adherence.
• Prepare materials for presentations.
• Liaise with trade partners and media contacts to track project progress.
• Develop action plans to resolve potential challenges.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program.
• Availability for a minimum 12-week full-time internship.
• Demonstrated performance history.
• Passion for beauty, technology, and digital experiences.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to share internship experiences on social media platforms.
