Role Overview
As a Marketing Executive at Qxp Pharma Project And GMP Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, and consultants who require project execution or GMP compliance support. Your role includes lead generation, relationship building, and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in pharma and related sectors needing turnkey projects or GMP compliance services.
- Engage prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events, and onsite visits to generate new business leads.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with clients, architects, and pharmaceutical consultants.
- Create and deliver company presentations, proposals, and service descriptions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to comprehend project requirements and communicate project scope accurately to clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming pharmaceutical tenders or projects.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems to track leads and follow-up activities towards conversion.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least one year of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in pharmaceutical, industrial, or B2B services sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages is beneficial.
- Confidence in handling client interactions and conducting cold outreach.
- Basic knowledge of GMP standards and the pharmaceutical industry is a plus; training will be offered.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, email platforms, and CRM software.
Salary and Work Conditions
This full-time position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a monthly salary range from 20,000 to 80,000 INR. Travel to meet clients may be involved. The company will provide necessary training for industry-specific knowledge.
