Overview
We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand presence, generating leads, acquiring customers, and boosting revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, market research, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with the company's goals.
- Oversee management of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and paid advertisements.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and optimize strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to drive pipeline development.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors.
- Prepare and control marketing budgets.
- Report key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness to management.
- Enhance brand visibility through event participation, strategic partnerships, and content-driven initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO and SEM practices.
- Experience with content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Ability to manage marketing campaigns and lead generation effectively.
- Competence in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. An MBA with a focus on Marketing is preferred. Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are considered favorable.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this role is between 20,000 and 55,000 INR per month.
Location
This position is based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, and requires onsite attendance.
