Job description
About the Role
As a Marketing Evaluation Specialist contracted by CapitexAI, you will establish quality standards for actual marketing deliverables and exercise detailed, systematic judgment in scoring them. Rather than producing marketing content or campaigns, your primary role will be to differentiate between outstanding and mediocre marketing outputs and thoroughly document the rationale behind your evaluations.
This fully remote, independently scheduled, high-paying role requires deep experience in creative direction, brand strategy, or senior marketing leadership. You'll grade a range of work samples—both human and AI-generated—against tailored rubrics and ensure high fidelity in your evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create grading frameworks specific to various marketing materials, including campaign strategies, briefs, brand positioning, ad concepts, presentations, and more.
- Assess work samples systematically based on set criteria, and provide comprehensive, written rationales to justify each score assigned.
- Maintain rigorous standards of scoring consistency, ensuring your assessments are reliable, reproducible, and transparent for further audits.
- Incorporate structured feedback from project stakeholders to recalibrate and align your evaluations with defined quality benchmarks.
- Leverage broad marketing expertise to assess deliverables both creatively and in context of business goals.
Core Requirements
- Significant experience as a creative director, account lead, or branding specialist in a leading marketing agency or as a senior marketing professional at a prominent consumer brand.
- Demonstrated mastery throughout all stages of marketing development, from crafting briefs to conceptualizing campaigns and evaluating creative output with a strategic lens.
- Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to precisely explain the reasoning behind judgments at the structural, argumentative, and sentence levels.
- Consistent, calibrated decision-making, and openness to having your evaluations reviewed and adjusted by peers and senior team members.
- Proven ability to self-manage and remain productive within flexible, autonomous project arrangements of varying scope.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation training, annotating data for human review, or model assessment projects.
- History of formally evaluating creative work—such as serving as a judge in awards, creative pitches, or review panels.
Compensation and Working Conditions
- Compensation ranges from $80 to $150 per hour.
- Remote and fully flexible, self-directed scheduling.
Application and Selection Process
- Submit your application using the designated portal.
- Each application will undergo thorough review against the outlined role requirements.
- Selected candidates will be contacted via email with the next steps.
- Candidates must follow the email instructions to proceed through the subsequent selection stages.
