Job Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience in manufacturing and production within a factory or operational setting. The candidate will learn standard production procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards while contributing to the efficiency of operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and shop-floor tasks by adhering to established standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.
• Support production teams in achieving output objectives.
• Perform routine data recording and maintain housekeeping activities.
• Engage in training sessions, continuous improvement initiatives, and problem-solving exercises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate programs in relevant fields.
• Previous academic projects or internships related to manufacturing or production are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and awareness of workplace safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production or shop-floor environment.
