Daily Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team leaders and warehouse staff both professionally and disciplinarily.
- Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain active leadership presence on the shop floor with a strong focus on performance.
- Oversee personnel planning, deployment, and development.
- Conduct employee meetings, performance evaluations, and implement development initiatives.
- Apply and enhance lean management techniques such as continuous improvement process (KVP) and 5S.
- Ensure compliance with workplace, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality management, and other interface departments.

Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Alternatively, completed logistics vocational training with additional qualification and several years of leadership experience.
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics or operational logistics management.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing staff.
- Strong knowledge of lean methods, continuous improvement processes (KVP), and 5S methodology.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking skills along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- High determination, hands-on approach, and entrepreneurial mindset.
