Role Overview

We seek a strategic, outcome-focused expert to shape Singapore's ICT and Media workforce future. The position uniquely leads the comprehensive creation and execution of Pre-Employment Training (PET) programs, blending strategy, policy revision, implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and reinforce policies affecting ICT and Media graduates, ensuring curricula and interventions improve employability results.
  • Develop, execute, and review PET programs aligned with governance standards and budget goals.
  • Utilize workforce data, labour market trends, and program metrics to guide strategies and measure outcomes.
  • Build partnerships with government bodies, higher education institutions, and industry to generate opportunities like internships, projects, and work-study schemes enhancing graduate employability.

Candidate Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in policy or manpower roles in Singapore’s public sector.
  • Proficient analytical skills capable of interpreting intricate data and extracting practical insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with aptitude for explaining complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities demonstrated through effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Adaptability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of government frameworks and policy-making procedures is beneficial.
