Role Summary

This role is for an AI-native operator and people leader who can set direction and turn that strategy into execution. The position involves working across multiple products and partnering closely with Sales, PDE, Finance, and other operations teams, while managing the complexity of selling several products to the same customer base.

The successful candidate will build automated workflows that operate independently, lead analytics and intelligence work in a fast-moving SaaS setting, and convert complex data into clear business decisions. The role also requires someone who brings recommendations rather than just analysis, can shape and operationalize strategy, and is effective at building repeatable systems, documentation, and infrastructure that scale. In addition, this manager must be a people developer who has led at least two direct reports and can help their team grow into independent operators.

What You Will Do

  • Own Brightwheel’s Expansion Sales Operations function, which supports emerging product lines such as curriculum, professional development, and financial products, while leading a team of two initially.
  • Work with Expansion business leaders, Sales leadership, PDE, and Finance to set priorities, align on direction, and turn analytical findings into operational choices.
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy for the Expansion business by deciding what to build, what order to build it in, and what resources are needed.
  • Create and roll out scalable processes and playbooks for the full Expansion sales journey, including lead routing, lead scoring, rep workflows, handoffs, and post-sale coordination.
  • Develop lead scoring and value-based routing models using product signals, behavioral data, and firmographic inputs from Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
  • Build AI-powered analysis workflows such as closed-loss analysis, Gong transcript classification, distribution quality checks, and account segmentation that can run with little to no manual effort.
  • Own the Expansion funnel analytics rhythm, including connect-rate review, close-rate analysis, ICP development, and rep performance benchmarking.
  • Present findings and recommendations in weekly and monthly business reviews and executive meetings, representing the Expansion Revenue Operations function with clarity and confidence.

Experience And Qualifications

The company is seeking someone with 5–7 years of experience in SaaS Ops, RevOps, GTM Ops, or a similar function, including at least 2 years of direct people management for 2 or more team members. Candidates should be strong analytically, comfortable working with data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake, and experienced with Sigma, Salesforce, and similar tools.
