About the role

This position sits at the centre of National Service (NS) Alumni engagement work. You will help plan, coordinate and run outreach efforts, while also keeping the related operational processes organised and effective.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for NS Alumni engagement activities across the Divisions/Formations assigned to you, and take charge of planning as well as delivery of those initiatives.
  • Grow and maintain the engagement approach in the allocated Divisions/Formations so that outreach remains steady, consistent and impactful.
  • Build and manage working relationships with NS Alumni and relevant internal teams, including other departmental branches, to carry out proposed ideas and handle questions or problems that arise.
  • Put in place a reliable feedback system to measure how well initiatives are performing, understand their visibility, and spot opportunities to improve.
  • Assist sub-units with administrative work connected to NS Alumni engagement, including matters involving finance and logistics.

Requirements
