Manager - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Overview

Join PwC India's Microsoft Dynamics team as a Manager and play a crucial role in helping clients transform their technological environments across Front, Back, and Mid-Office operations. This role focuses on integrating PwC's strategy-driven approach with advanced Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online applications specializing in Sales or Service modules.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM by implementing client-side scripting with JavaScript, web resources, and performing server-side customization through C# and .Net assemblies.
• Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, along with CSS, HTML5, and AJAX for UI enhancements.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for external systems, both with and without middleware solutions.
• Manage server administration and deployment tasks for Microsoft CRM applications.
• Employ version control tools like GIT and VSS for code management.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps platform solutions.
• Conduct data migration activities using specialized tools or Dynamics 365 features.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services including application servers, database services, and service bus technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech, BE, or MCA degrees are required.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
