Role Overview
The primary concentration of this position involves enhancing skill sets for the Sales, Production, and Logistics departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement orientation programs for Sales, Production, and Logistic teams.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for newly hired employees.
- Provide consultative support to new staff for overcoming job-related challenges.
- Monitor client interactions to pinpoint areas requiring improvement.
- Assess training needs for individual employees and teams.
- Coordinate role-play scenarios simulating challenging client situations, including methods to handle objections.
- Utilize diverse sales training methodologies such as gamification, case studies, and collaborative exercises.
- Keep training materials and curriculum up to date.
Additional Duties
- Establish mechanisms to promote ongoing learning among teams.
- Use available platforms to distribute training content, assess staff performance, and measure training investment returns.
- Create or acquire training modules tailored for departments beyond front-line sales, including production, logistics, marketing, and technology sectors.
Required Skills
Competencies needed for this role include expertise in learning facilitation, soft skills enhancement, retail industry knowledge, training program design, luxury brand understanding, training delivery, and behavioral coaching.
