About the Role
This role is for a Manager in Plant Finance at Sun Pharma's Halol facility. Sun Pharma fosters an environment that encourages continuous growth, leadership, and collaboration, supporting employees to take charge of their career and thrive together.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Plant Finance Head in planning operational (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex).
- Review plant expenses using the SAP system.
- Analyze Opex and Capex purchase requisitions concerning budgets and report on variances.
- Conduct surprise stock audits at the site to ensure accounting accuracy.
- Collaborate with various plant functional teams to support routine tasks.
- Monitor and coordinate with plant functions to ensure timely processing of Goods Receipt Notes and service sheets, and clearance of quality inspection lots.
- Perform thorough reviews of capital expenditures.
- Scrutinize general ledger entries for accuracy.
- Prepare travel estimates as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) or CA Inter (Chartered Accountancy Intermediate Level).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance roles.
