Role overview
This role involves leading precast construction project delivery for a reputed construction contracting organization based in Thane. The position focuses on timely execution, quality control, budget discipline, and on-site coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the project so that work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Ensure all outputs follow the required quality standards and ISO-aligned processes.
- Keep project spending within budget while improving commercial margins.
- Follow the project-specific safety manual and action plan and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
- Support, guide, and motivate the team to improve performance.
- Build and preserve strong customer relationships.
- Maintain positive coordination with local authorities and the surrounding community.
Preferred profile
- The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering and has 17 to 25 years of overall experience.
- Within that background, 8 to 10 years should be specifically in high-rise and institutional projects.
- The person should be able to manage project execution and operations in line with contractual obligations.
- Experience with a contracting firm will be an added advantage.
