Role Overview

This position is part of an organized leadership development scheme aimed at fostering future business executives by offering broad engagement across diverse business divisions, strategic projects, and core company operations. The incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting multifaceted projects, conducting performance analysis, aiding process enhancements, and enhancing leadership as well as analytical capabilities for prospective management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership and multiple department heads including finance, operations, marketing, sales, human resources, technology, product management, and customer success teams to gain comprehensive business insights.
• Engage in rotational assignments and assist cross-functional stakeholders in delivering meaningful business contributions aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct market and business research, prepare presentations for senior management, and analyze operational and financial data for informed decision-making.
• Support digital transformation efforts by employing artificial intelligence and data analytics to optimize business functions and processes.
• Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Promote ongoing learning, innovation, and leadership development throughout the organization.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or Supply Chain Management.
• Recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Sound knowledge in business processes, strategic planning, project management, analytics, finance, customer experience, and enterprise performance management acquired through academic or early professional exposure.
• Proven capability in problem analysis, research, reporting, presentation creation, data evaluation, and contributing to strategy formulation with methodical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity or experience with business intelligence and productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft PowerPoint, Office 365, Google Workspace, SQL, and collaboration platforms.
• Awareness of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (including Generative AI), automation tools, cloud services, digital transformation initiatives, and project management methodologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical assessment, and problem-solving aptitude aimed at identifying improvement areas and contributing actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills for working effectively with senior leaders, mentors, project teams, and various stakeholders.
• Leadership potential demonstrated through internships, university leadership roles, competitions, volunteering, entrepreneurial efforts, research, or extracurricular involvement.
• Robust organizational and project management capabilities with the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Professional certifications such as Google Project Management Certificate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), or CAPM enhance candidacy.
