About the Role
A Property Management firm is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team for an apartment complex in Gainesville. The position involves performing routine repairs and upkeep to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance tasks including basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting to upkeep the property.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support property maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in general maintenance work.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Capability to frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Compensation
