About the Company
The employer is a leading worldwide producer of steel and aluminum wheels used across passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural tractors, and construction equipment.
Role Overview
This position focuses on keeping heavy industrial production equipment running safely and without interruption. The work covers hydraulic presses, paint lines, assembly robots, and other plant machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to reduce line stoppages.
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to avoid unplanned failures.
- Improve machine reliability using TPM practices, root-cause analysis such as Why-Why analysis, and performance indicators like MTBF and MTTR.
- Track, manage, and replenish critical spare parts so essential inventory remains available.
- Maintain adherence to internal as well as external quality and safety requirements.
Preferred Background
Applicants should have prior maintenance experience in a CNC machine shop.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4,00,000 to INR 7,00,000.
