Summary

The company Timak is seeking to hire a Magazinier responsible for managing, organizing, and monitoring materials, equipment, and products in the warehouse. The role ensures accuracy in stock inflow and outflow and maintains orderliness within the storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods, materials, and equipment entering the warehouse.
• Verifying quantities and matching goods against relevant documentation.
• Accurate recording and tracking of warehouse inflows and outflows.
• Preparing and delivering materials according to departmental requests.
• Organizing and classifying materials in the warehouse according to company procedures and categories.
• Conducting regular stock controls and participating in inventory counts.
• Prompt reporting of any shortages, damages, or discrepancies found.
• Ensuring proper storage and maintenance conditions of goods and equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborating with Logistics, Production, Finance, and other departments as needed.
• Willingness to perform tasks and travel outside company premises as required.
• Flexibility to engage in operational duties related to warehouse management as per company demands.
• Adhering to internal company policies and safety regulations at work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Secondary education is required; vocational training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a warehouse clerk or similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Responsibility, seriousness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Physical readiness to handle warehouse materials.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour break; Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.
• On-site position located in Tirana.
