Job Overview
In collaboration with a top international airline, Accor manages the lounge services at Changi Airport. The position of Lounge Attendant focuses on maintaining a spotless, inviting, and hygienic atmosphere within the transit lounge by swiftly clearing tables, managing used tableware, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Swiftly remove used crockery, cutlery, and glassware after guest use.
- Clean and sanitize tables and seating to uphold hygiene standards.
- Transport and sort used tableware efficiently to the dishwashing area.
- Assist with setting tables by placing clean tableware and napkins as needed.
- Constantly monitor lounge cleanliness and promptly handle any spills or messes.
- Help replenish food and beverage service stations with clean supplies.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols as mandated by airport and company policies.
- Offer courteous and professional interaction when guests seek assistance.
- Immediately report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
