Logistics Supply Chain Specialist

Overview

We seek a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist on a contract basis working remotely. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and advising on key logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and verify the authenticity and correctness of logistics documents, adhering to industry standards.
• Create annotated sample documents that demonstrate logistics and supply chain management best practices.
• Assess existing supply chain processes and recommend practical enhancements based on experience and industry norms.
• Provide detailed, constructive critiques on logistics scenarios with a focus on documentation structure and workflow efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and translate complex logistics concepts into clear communication.
• Engage in quality assurance tasks by validating supply chain data relevance and accuracy.
• Assist in developing training materials that reflect current supply chain challenges and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
• Skilled in fundamental logistics documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain workflows and operational practices.
• Fluent English communication with a professional tone.

Compensation

The position pays between 40 and 50 USD per hour.
