About the Role
We seek experienced quantitative experts to collaborate with advanced AI models in refining their capabilities. Your work will involve assessing AI-produced quantitative analyses, troubleshooting technical challenges, and offering input that directly influences how these AI systems interpret data, models, and scientific issues. Professionals with backgrounds in data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or similar quantitative disciplines are highly encouraged to apply, especially if you approach data and models with precision.
Onboarding begins with creating an account followed by a brief assessment, functioning as an interview. Successful candidates will be invited via email to engage in paid projects on our platform.
Advantages of Contracting

- Ability to work remotely using your own equipment in a comfortable environment.
- Competitive hourly compensation starting from 50 to over 100 USD, with potential bonuses on select assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Critically review AI-generated quantitative outputs, including statistical and predictive analyses, ensuring technical soundness and practical applicability.
- Create and resolve quantitative challenges for AI training and evaluation, covering areas like forecasting, experiment analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce clear technical documentation and develop well-structured analytical code.
- Contribute constructive feedback that informs improvements in AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in quantitative roles or research settings such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or related fields.
- Proficiency in coding, including writing and reviewing comprehensive analytical scripts.
- Hands-on knowledge of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design methods like A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level with excellent written communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) is preferred; advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are advantageous.
- Additional certifications or achievements, such as Kaggle competition rankings or cloud-based machine learning qualifications (AWS/GCP), are considered beneficial.
Additional Information
Payments are processed through PayPal, which handles currency conversions from USD. Candidates will never be required to pay any fees. This role is an independent contractor position available exclusively to residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
