Role Overview
We seek a meticulous Listing Coordinator with at least one year of experience in residential real estate. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, organized settings and contributes to ensuring impeccable property listings that fuel our continued success.
Key Duties
- Thoroughly researching property details and verifying ownership via databases.
- Assessing and qualifying leads by evaluating motivation, timelines, property condition, and market readiness.
- Managing documentation such as MOUs, lease agreements, Tawtheeq, SPA, and ownership verification paperwork.
- Demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively and professionally with landlords and property owners.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of hands-on experience as a Listing Coordinator in residential real estate.
- Exceptional organizational capability, able to handle more than ten active property listings at once.
- Proactive problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication abilities.
