This position is for a bartender who does more than mix and serve drinks. The role is centered on creating a memorable guest experience, acting as the face of the bar, and taking personal ownership of the service journey. The bartender is expected to stay current with market trends, understand changing guest expectations, and bring pride, care, and attention to every interaction.
Work environment and standards
The role requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality standards. Professional appearance, communication, and uniform presentation are expected at all times. The job is physically active and may involve standing, sitting, walking, and handling a range of tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing, reaching, kneeling, bending, stretching, and twisting. The ability to move items up to 25 pounds without assistance is part of the role.
