About High Point Design
High Point Design serves as a comprehensive provider for hosiery products including socks, tights, slippers, legwarmers, and more. The company holds licenses for many of the world's most iconic entertainment and character brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Design Team with overall organization and workflow efficiency.
- Manage distribution of samples related to design, licensors, sales, and showroom activities.
- Tag and pin product samples accurately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with preparations for meetings and arrange licensor meetings.
- Help designers organize their samples effectively.
- Procure necessary design supplies.
- Maintain the Design and Development Timeline Calendar for smooth project tracking.
- Provide assistance to the Creative Director as needed.
- Oversee organization and upkeep of company showrooms.
Requirements
- Possess a positive attitude, be a cooperative team player, and demonstrate friendliness.
- Exhibit proactive, self-motivated, and diligent work habits.
- Strong organizational and intelligence qualities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software.
- Competency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must hold a college degree (Bachelor’s required).
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the design industry is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of practical Adobe Illustrator experience required.
- At least 1 year of on-the-job Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred.
