Legal & Client Coordination Executive

Overview

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Legal & Client Coordination Executive to support our legal and client coordination team with property-related administrative and legal tasks in Ganeshpur, Saharanpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany clients during site visits and property meetings, providing necessary assistance.
• Coordinate clients through all stages of plot/land registration and completion of registry formalities.
• Assist in preparing and gathering documents needed for property registration processes.
• Liaise with clients, advocates, deed writers, registration offices, and other involved parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Support clients by attending registry and documentation appointments alongside them.
• Keep organized records of client documents and all property-related paperwork.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, payments, and registration steps.
• Offer general administrative and legal coordination assistance to the team.
• Travel locally for meetings, site visits, and registration activities as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible.
• Preference given to candidates familiar with property documentation, registry procedures, or legal frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel required.
• Comfortable with local travel and field assignments.
• Responsible, presentable, and confident in direct client interaction.
• Fresh graduates with eagerness to learn and good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary and Terms

The monthly salary for this position ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 based on experience and suitability.
