Biophore is a globally recognized API manufacturer with multiple US FDA and EU approved facilities, renowned for its advanced R&D capabilities and commitment to delivering niche pharmaceutical compounds efficiently to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and organization of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Draft and analyze a variety of legal documents such as regulatory agreements, loan agreements, and licensing contracts for both domestic and international scopes.
- Advise company departments on non-litigation legal matters.
- Maintain and update a precise legal documentation repository.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 4 to 6 years of legal experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Hold an LLB degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of contractual and corporate law, including due diligence and regulatory compliance relevant to EU and US legal frameworks.
