Responsibilities

The leadership coach will work with current leaders and emerging managers aiming to enhance their leadership capabilities and effectiveness. Coaching topics encompass change management, resolving conflicts, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, fostering diversity and inclusion, encouraging innovation and creativity, solving problems, managing time efficiently, and facilitating fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, automation, and team upskilling related to AI. The role requires conducting virtual coaching sessions, setting personal schedules and fees, and collaborating with Leland's team to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Ideal Candidate

Applicants should have hands-on leadership or managerial background, prior experience in coaching or mentoring, and possess a methodical approach to guiding clients through complex organizational issues.
