Lead Generation / Business Development Executive

About the Role

The position of Lead Generation / Business Development Executive is based in Dubai and requires immediate availability. The main focus is to drive new business growth in IT staffing and resource augmentation services within the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, professional networking, and referrals.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new client accounts for IT staffing and resource augmentation solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline specifically targeting the UAE and GCC markets.
• Engage with IT department heads, HR directors, and procurement managers to assess their recruitment needs.
• Draft proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close new business deals.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure prompt delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet target goals for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development within IT staffing or staff augmentation in the UAE/GCC region.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing sales deals.
• Established professional connections with enterprise and mid-sized organizations across the UAE.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and managing client relationships.
• Familiarity or knowledge of ERP systems, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or application development is beneficial.
