Location Overview

Our seaside hotel, positioned centrally in Doha's vibrant business district, offers panoramic sea views and modern elegance. Since opening in April 2005 and reopening after renovations in 2020, the Four Seasons Hotel Doha features 237 rooms, 20 townhouses, extensive dining venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, multiple pools, a private beach, fitness and spa facilities, and advanced hydrotherapy amenities.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle guest and staff laundry and dry cleaning following strict procedures and quality criteria.
• Examine garments for stains, damage, and special handling requirements before cleaning.
• Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, press machines, and steamers safely and efficiently.
• Effectively treat stains using appropriate chemicals and methods.
• Complete garment finishing by pressing, steaming, folding, or hanging to ensure top presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry workspace, report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Accurately label and manage items to avoid mix-ups and follow established protocols for any lost-and-found belongings.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, departmental policies, and Four Seasons standards continuously.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working in dry cleaning within luxury hotel environments is preferred.
• Professional and harmonious collaboration with co-workers and supervisors.
• Complete schedule flexibility including willingness to work weekends, holidays, and daytime shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended durations.
• Strong communication skills and guest interaction experience.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
