Position Overview

The Labourer role is ideal for motivated individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and a positive mindset. This position offers opportunities for developing practical skills within a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Interpret and follow work orders accurately.
• Load and unload trailers in accordance with Walters’ standards.
• Organize metal sheets, parts, scrap metal, and other materials efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools to cut, grind, or remove excess metal as needed.
• Perform assigned project-related tasks with attention to detail.
• Conduct housekeeping duties to maintain workplace cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with material transportation using cranes, forklifts, or other equipment within the facility.

Workplace

This position is located at our Princeton fabrication plant.
