KVP Manager

Role Overview

As a KVP Manager, you will lead the advancement of our Lean Management system and promote a Lean culture across the organization. Your duties include coordinating and managing the continuous improvement processes and playing a key role in enhancing our 5S methodology.

Required Profile

The position requires completion of a technical degree or a technical training with further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician. Proficiency in Six Sigma is essential, ideally with prior experience as a Black Belt. Experience in Lean, 5S, and Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) management is highly valued. Additional business management knowledge and good command of English complement your qualifications.
